Driver applicants: name, phone number, email, home state, CDL class, years of experience, preferred load types, home-time preference, and anything else you share in the application form.

Carrier partners: company name, USDOT number, contact name, phone, email, fleet size, and hiring needs submitted through the carrier form.

Automatically collected: basic technical data such as browser type, used only to keep the site working and secure.

To match drivers with carriers, to contact you about your application or a potential match, and to improve our matching process and this site.

Driver information is shared only with carriers we believe may be a genuine match, solely for recruiting purposes. We do not sell driver or carrier data, and we do not share it for advertising.

We keep application information for as long as it's useful for matching you with opportunities, or until you ask us to delete it. You can request an update, correction, or deletion at any time.

Applications are stored in a secured database with access limited to the Haulify team. We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect the information you share with us.

Haulify's services are intended for individuals 18 or older, consistent with CDL licensing requirements. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
